My 10 months old baby is not willing to drink much milk than before. But he loves to have other food like congee, baby food or orange juice etc. But we are afraid he might not get enough nutritution from other food. Any suggestions? Please advise..thanks.

How long has this been going on? IF it's only a few days it's no biggie. In general, kids will find the nutrients they need. If he doesn't want more milk then he doesn't need it.

Having said that, try giving milk first, when baby is hungry. That way it's not crowded out by something else.

BTW careful with fruit juices. They contain lots of sugar, as much as soda. Give very limited amounts. Water is the best way to maintain hydration once your little one gets out of the "breast milk only" age.

It is great that your baby eats and enjoys other foods. A 10 month old baby should be still taking approximately 600 ml of milk per day and eating a variety of foods.Milk can be given in the form of fruit smoothies, milkshakes or on cereal and can be offered before or in between meals to increase intake.
