My contract will finish 15 Aug 08 and my school will renew my contract for another 2 years. I am planning to go back to the UK this summer mid-July till end of Aug. Will I be able to claim my return tickets? What's the procedure? Do I need to get quotations?

I did but our SET is helpless. She is too busy and doesn't know anything. I have asked her since this Oct. No replies. Easier to ask here for experienced NETs than calling EDB or SET.

1. choose circulars

type in circular number 198/2004 (secondary) or 197/2004 (primary)


OR


2. choose Teacher Development - employment related information - NET scheme

The two circulars at the top of the list have all the forms related to fringe benefits for secondary and primary NETs.


You'll also want to fill out the Retention Incentive application 2/2006 on the same webpage - this must be done every year.
