Can someone recommend a good map of Clearwater Bay/ Sai Kung online or that I can buy in a book shop? Husband and I are property searching there and it would be nice to see where all the various estates, villages, grocery stores, schools are in relation to each other. Thanks!

Try these two online maps. they tend to show quite a few places of interest and you can zoom in and out at will....

I find this version of Centamap better: http://www.centamap.com/gc/home.aspx (press "English" top middle).


Anyone who moves to HK should buy either the "Hong Kong Guidebook" (small format) or the "Hong Kong Directory" (big format). These are excellent map books of the whole area. The only difference between them is the size of the book and the print. Even the page numbers are the same. The pages in the "directory" are larger and have maps and captions in larger print.

Have the hong kong guide book, but it's hard to get a big picture understanding when I have to flip to many different pages. Centamap is pretty good, but might resort to buying the land department map if not too pricey. Thanks for your tips.
