Can anyone recommend a good headhunter? Especially for someone with an Education/Teaching background? I want a career change.

It is not a headhunter that you need. It is a recruitment consultant or group that sepcializes in education / teaching. Headhunters work for employees who want or need a specific person. The aim of headhunting, is that an employer will then seta bout finding an if necessary persuading the individual that they have found to leave their current employer perhaps for want of a better paid job or diffrent working conditions.
In your case, try looking in South China Morning Post for suitable vancancies or search the Internet for recruitment consultants that you can give your CV to.
