Hike starting in Quarry Bay

This is short notice but I'm hoping a kind soul might have some good advice within the next few hours... I'm hiking with some out of town colleagues tomorrow morning, 4-4, and am looking for a trail head starting in Quarry Bay. Any help would be appreciated.

There's a trail starting near the library.

You can start from Mount Parker road. Its entry is on King's road in between Quarry Bay MTR station and Tai Koo Shing station. Mount Parker road would leads you to Tai Tam country park from there you'd have multiple chioces where to end your walk. Hope this could help.
