Do people lease out their flats for short terms when they go on long holidays like the summer holiday? I need a 3 bedroom from July for 3 months. Please help.

Thank you for the pointers. I need a 3 bedroom with maid's room for 5 adults altogether. Areas preferred would be south side, mid-levels central, peak, jardine's lookout, upper stubbs road. For July, August and September 2008. We are a very tidy and clean family and will take very good care of the place. Price no higher than $55,000.00 a month.
