does anyone know where I can buy full sized flags in Hong Kong please? Specifically, a Tibetan one.

Pottinger St has a bunch though not sure about the Tibet flag!
Try the relevant ethnic products stores/malls, ie, CRC dept store for China/HK flags, Chung King for India flags, etc. Though again for Tibet, I'm at a loss.
