Hi Suze, Yes you can get a single or double entry visa at Lowu and Lok Ma Chau (?) but not at Shenzhen Bay. You can also get an APEC card if you travel regularly for business and then you don't need a visa. The card takes about 6 months to get.

Not according to the front page article in today's (8/04) SCMP: "Short-stay visas no longer available at border checkpoints".
