Does anyone know if they are any hotel internships available in Hong Kong for the coming May-August duration for international 5* hotel brands? I would be interested in working for the Four Seasons, Intercontinental, Mandarin Oriental, Peninsula, JW Marriott, Conrad, or Shangri-la.

You should write to them and send your CV to inquire about internships. Usually they're not advertised.
