APEC card holder - new china visa laws

Hi I need advice asap,

My husband is working in China and I live and have a business in HK. My husband commutes to Shenzhen everyday.

I need to know if he has an APEC card will the new laws about multiple entry still apply to him? Has anyone else faced this yet??

CRAP! ArtHK that really screws us up. looks like he will be moving up there and only be able to come down to his family 2 times a month as seeing as he works a 6 day week that will REALLY suck. man

I just wish they had warned people before doing this as we just moved so that he could commute instead of moving up there and separating the family. Welcome to china right!
