Ok well I'm sure there is more than me out there when it’s this time of year and your hair is just not working or lasting when you walk out the door!!

So even the straightest hair frizzes so you try and curl and it just falls out, so what to do??

So who has a secret about hair products for humidity?? Anything really I will try shampoo/conditioner or hair spray …help.

Thanks

I use a good quality mousse and let my hair air dry. I have thick wavy hair and have given up trying to keep it straight in HK in summer.

Kerastase oil For Rebelious Hair works great for me. Try it.

In my past experiences using products that you would normally consider too heavy for your hair may help.Using a treatment conditioner instead of a daily will help add weight to your hair and I also agree that mouse and natural drying is ideal for hair with waves or curls. If your hair is on the straighter side I would make sure that your hair has not been thinned too much by your hairstylist,as this is a common occurance in HK.The shorter hairs from thinning will make your hair appear more "frizzy" in the humidity.Go for solidity on the ends of your hair and the weight in the cut should help.

I have extremely fine hair - tried everything from perming and dying but my hair is still as fine as I was born! No volumizing shampoo helped. No hairspray was ever "competent" enough to hold my hair but until a month ago, I found my cure! Bumble and bumble classic hairspray!!! Mine comes in a pink bottle. It gives me at least half a day hold and when I re-spray, my hair would not get sticky or gel together. Not exactly wallet friendly but great buy.

By the way, the B&B class hairspray does not stiffen my hair... it was almost like a "godsend" to me! :) Good luck.
