Wouldn't normally reply as I don't drive here so not completely sure of road system, even though I've been in a taxi back and forth to Olympic One. Here's what I think.
You go down Sham Mong Road with the Nam Cheong Park on your right. When you see Harbour Green on right and traffic lights, get into the right lane to turn right at lights. Go along Hoi Fai Road and straight at the big roundabout. Think it's 2nd exit. This is still Hoi Fai Road. Take left lane and turn left at next traffic light. This is called Hoi Fan Road. There's a car park on your left and Olympic One is right next door. I'm pretty sure this is right. Good luck!
