Can anyone recommend a solicitor who deals with village houses. I am buying one in Sai Kung. Also, could I get a rough estimate of charges as I have been quoted hugely different prices by different lawyers and am not sure what the going rate is!

Cost of property? Will you apply for mortgage? What is your rate in mind? It is hard to quote without those infomation.
