Hi there,


Is there a "pre-owned" fashion culture in Hong Kong? Is buying pre-owned clothes as popular as in the US?


Any recommendations on boutiques that buy and sell brand name pre-owned clothes would be appreciated!

Probably not popular at all in HK... but I have no problem with second hand stuff as long as they are clean and well maintained.

They have very good deals! Got a dress there last year. I was surprised it was like new as it was described! Hope this helps.
