Hi
I'm preparing a middle eastern feast for about 30 people and want to include tabblouleh as one of the plates. But I'm having difficulty sourcing continental parsley from the wet markets around central, and of course buying sufficient plastic packs of the stuff from Park n Shop is impractical.
Anyone know where I can source this from?
Thanks!!!

The wet market on Graham Street has it. But I don't think it is much cheaper than the supermarkets.
my suggestion -- substitute with coriander leaves (or what is also called Chinese parsley). Will still taste good!

Yes, I had the party and it went well ... and thanks to zonked found the parsley. It was on Graham Street. I bought up all there was on Thursday and then ordered more a collected Sunday morning. The bulk order ended up being HKD120 for 2 lbs, which i was pretty happy with - managed do all my chermoulas plus enough left over for a huge tabbouleh that was devoured in 10 minutes (got the recipe from a local lebanese restaurant in Sydney when i was a kid).
So you have continental parsley growing in your garden? You should eat it!!!
