Hi all,


I need urgent help! I have never been on contraceptive pills and wonder if there is any brand that you would recommend which has the least side effects. I am 28. I also have mild acne problem. Thought this may be able to kill two birds with one stone.

You should really talk to a doctor about what pill might be best for you. Each type of contraceptive method is the best choice for each individual person. I tried 6 different contraceptive method before finding the one that was best for me. But the main reason for talking to a doctor is that there are some serious health problems or side effects that a doctor needs help you with. Good luck.

i used Diane 35 for 6 months, was very good for acne, but then the doctor told me I can't use for longer than 6 months because normally this pill is very strong, so she prescribed me the gracial, which is also good for acne and not so strong.
