Hi, I am from Singapore and we use a lot of a fragrant leaf in our cooking. Last time I needed it I walked through all of Peel/Graham Street market and none of the shops knew what I was talking about. I only know it as Pandan or Pandanus, but what is the name in Cantonese, and does anyone know where I can get it in and around Central? Don't want to go too far just for a few leaves.
Thanks

Pandan is frequently used in Filipino cooking. It is available in Worldwide, Central. There's no need to translate because we also call it Pandan.
