Hi, can anyone recommend a good pilates studio that has small classes and doesn't cost an arm and a leg in either Central or Mid levels? I know I could look up a directory, but would prefer a recommendation from someone who's experienced the studio. I'm looking to start once and week and work up from there. Thanks
