kowloon station properties

does anyone live in the arch or waterfront? can you tell me what the facilities are like for kids? are there playrooms?

The Arch supposed has the BEST facilities for clubhouse and the nicest pool.

Momoftwo, do you live at the same Arch as I do? We have lived at the Arch over a year and have to say that child friendly its not, especially the kids club. The club is completely soul less and lacks any form of activity for the kids. It is filled with books and computers and the tv is set at some cantonese soap series throughout the day. The pool allows kids, thats about it. They may not be noisy, must swim in lanes... and that is only length wise! They are now trying for the 5th time to arrange swimming classes for kids, but have failed up until now as the instructors they get in are unable to control the kids enrolled in the classes.


We send our daughter to activities at Sorrento, but only because we are lucky enough to have friends there. The kids club there is miles better than Arch. Summary from me is that if you have kids then avoid The Arch, choose Harbourview or Sorrento.

No, I don't live at the Arch. But I did see the property on more than 1 occasion... for investing purposes. However, I guess I should have wrote more clearly.... the facilities are top notch (intended to be)... but totally believe what sync said...... probably nothing arranged for the kids because the people who live there... alot of them are couples, and high profile people in HK... know alot of them who owns a piece of the ARCH..... so Kids' activities, and facilities are probably NOT on their priority for the management.

The same goes for One Silversea. All talk, nothing done. They even charge residents to use the pool now.
