Hi...my 11 month old bub loves Baby Einstein. However, he seems to lose concentration with Pokoyo, Barney, Brainy baby even before the show finish. Any other recommendation for me? I like to expand his variety of shows....
I would also like to buy more Baby Einstein but they don't seem to sell in Singapore, and I've checked their webpage and they don't deliver to Singapore. Any advice?
Thanks.

There's really no need for much variety at that age. It's hard for an 11 month old to concentrate on anything for longer than a few minutes anyway.
Note also that kids under 4-5 really shouldn't watch more than 30 minutes of TV a day.
At about 20 months, Our #1 watched the same episode of Little Einsteins every day for a month. As an adult, it freaks me out a little that she doesn't get bored. But kids don't think that way at all. Of course, in the end she had to accept that I would read a book while she was watching. ;)
As for finding more, yesasia.com delivers I believe. Not sure they have what you are looking for. You can also order from amazon.com in the US. They ship but of course it will cost a bit more.

"Technically" the reason he can do 20 minutes is because there are constantly new things holding his attention on the screen. So it's still just a few minutes. ;)
20 mins a day of peace and quiet is probably a good thing. While of course the parenting purists say "no TV" I say that those 20 minutes ensure your temper doesn't fray with the little one.

I have noticed that. More worrying is current programming for adults. Have you noticed how shows like Mythbusters have a cut every 5-10 seconds? Blink and you'll miss it.
And people wonder why today's kids seem more prone to ADD...
