Tenant and Landlord dispute – help !

We are expecting a baby in July and our landlord who just bought our apartment and wants us to move out. The contract is supposed to expire in Jan 09. When we signed the tenancy agreement, the agent forgot to cross out the landlord’s right to terminate the contract while the provisional tenancy agreement gives the right to tenant only.

Can anyone give us an advice.
