Does anyone know of a place that can professionally clean heals? I have a beautiful pair of white hugo boss heels that have been ruined due to the dirty streets here. Any suggestions of a place in the central area??

you could try Malvin, he has a small shoe repair place. Located on cochrane street, next to Hot Dog place, open after 12 noon.
