The Gold Coast Hotel has rooms with balconies and a seaview.

Mandarin Oriental used to have them, not sure about now after renovation as haven't been in one of their rooms. But I'd go for 4 Seasons, much airier, fabulous Boutique where I buy gifts for departing friends, much friendlier staff compared with those at MO. MO is too established. And i guess you all know shopping is much better at IFC below 4 Seasons.
