I just bought things for my daughter's sixth birthday at Spotlight. They have several themes for girls including Disney princesses and Barbie: cups, plates, napkins, table cloths, paper hats, banners, etc etc etc. They have lots of other napkins, plates, cups, etc. in plain colours with no designs. Lots of things for goodie bags. Costumes, wigs, you name it.
Spotlight is on the 5th floor of Megabox - either walk from Kowloon Bay MTR/Telford Plaza or take the free shuttle bus from under Phase 2 of Telford Plaza.
