I'm not sure but I think Parkview does. I did see some small dogs there.

Shama Wanchai allows pets. Very little other choice in HKG, regrettably. Parkview does not for serviced apts.

Shama in Staunton St. also allows pets. I have just used it. 1.5k HKD additional charges.
