We are arriving to Clearwater Bay on August 1st from the USA. I would desperately love to find an English speaking summer camp for the kids which will have swimming and other activities.
I don't want our move abroad to be too traumatic for them. When we arrive, I will have a ton of unpacking and settling in to do and will not be able to entertain them. I also will not yet have a car.

Well, lots of options around town... but decision factors will be based on your budget, your aims, your transportation options...
In Clearwater Bay, many of my student's parents, and myself... we head to the Clearwater Bay golf and country club. Classes, facilities... great for kids, their restaurants are wonderful. Of course, this means you have to be a member. And lately, the debenture for Clearwater Bay club is really hard to get a hold of.
The other option is International Schools... they offer summer programmes. Many "education" centers also offer summer programmes, like Kid's Gallery ... it's a popular one.
YMCA would have lots of options, Sai Kung City center will have lots....
However, the question is how "elite" you want your kids to be exposed to....
There are those like "community center" style... they say it's in English, but their English standards will NOT meet your needs.
So you need to get to Native speaking ones, where most expats send their kids... that means you have to pay top dollars, or at least above average.. (premium).
I live in CB, you can pm me, I can keep in touch with you by email, I will be glad to help you with any questions or advice.

Katetam, I appreciate all the good info. The Country Club is a distinct possibility. I would love to keep in touch with you by e-mail. Since I am new to this website, I will have to figure out how to 'pm'. I assume this means messaging them.
In case you do not get a pm from me, please feel free to pm to me. I am confident that picking up a message is something I can do even if I was unsuccessful at sending one.

I forgot, University of Science and Technology is close by, they also have lots of facilities and programmes for children. Details, you need to find out from them directly.
