Travel to Singapore?

Hi I am looking forward to visiting Singapore the problem is I dont know which hotel to saty at. Can anyone recommend me a hotel that is family friendly and the budget is HKD600 per night? Thats my maximum budget.

Hey all. I live in Singapore and I've got a couple of recommendations on places to go and where to stay. Besides the glitzy Ritz Carlton, you can always consider Four Seasons Hotel / M Hotel / Rasa Sentosa (just by the beach) / Siloso Beach Resort (pretty cool!). I'm sure you've heard of the famed Merlion. We've got 3 Merlions here. One's in Sentosa (the largest), and the other two are along the Singapore River (just opposite Esplanade). I really cant boast of many places other than the hotel we stayed at on beach road and definatley wont recommend as they did not have baby food other than conggeee which was abit spiced and was made upon request. They had this 'forced wake up call' a staff comes arround and wont go away untill ou answer the door only to ask if you have any laundry..%&*()% even when you put a do not disturb sign he would still stand at you door and ring the door bell. But the room was nice and comfortable they gave us a baby bed which was very convinient for us.

Other than that dont buy things from Takashimaya especialy clothes and baby shoes as ours are already damaged and shoes in pieces. The place is great and eat from outside restaurant i you mind the high cost of boring hotel food. its also very cheap outside.They charge 2-3 times more at the hotel.
