Does anyone out here know of a reliable sausage maker/suffer in Hong Kong. We want to make a big batch of Cajun Boudin and will supply all the precooked stuffing ingredients.

You can make your own sausage stuffing machine by using a caulking gun (for applying glue, silicon, grease and the like). Empty a tube of silicon, boil it clean, fill it with stuffing and then pump it into the sausage skins. Better instructions and sausage skins are on the internet. Makes for great South African boerworst sausages.
