Does anyone out here know of a reliable sausage maker/suffer in Hong Kong. We want to make a big batch of Cajun Boudin and will supply all the precooked stuffing ingredients.

Try Shanghai street in Mong Kok, they have a few different sizes from industrial to home use. I looked into this a few months back but figured out it would be tough getting the skins. Anyway good luck and if you find a local source for sausage skins could you let me know, thanks.
