Damaged Hair

No miracle product, i'm afraid, try to avoid all those "miracle product" with silicone-base...

Hair will get better (only a little) if you sleep with olive oil (any organic or cirgin olive oil from the supermarket) -wrap your head in a platic wrap ot towel & use an old pillow cover.... and wash thoroughly in the morning. Same also work with shea butter (do it at before each shampoo and at least once a week)

Use non-silicone based shampoo -(i personnaly use A'kin - which you can find in SASA)...

For better advice, contact Douglas Lillico (a great guy) and his friend D-man who are very very knowledgable...

Last but not least, ditch your current hairdresser... you can go local AND find someone good...

Hello Perfection,sorry to hear of your misfortune.It sounds like bleach was used on your hair? Anyway I would use a professional treatment which contains a keratin or collagen based protein. Many products which claim to improve hair quality only coat the hair instead of penetrating the damaged areas using thing like fruit or wheat proteins.Without getting too scientific the molecular weight of the protein has to be small enough to adhere to the damaged areas.I would look for a high quality professional treatment from a salon of your choice.Any reputable salon will have staff knowledgable in produts and their uses.Help is just around the corner...so good luck.Thanks Jon.
