looking to perhaps hire a villa somewhere - 2 couples with a one year old baby - at christmas - anyone know of a good place..?

Villa is definitely a smart move. Speaking from experience, with a one year old you want no extra hassles. ;)


I don't know your budget, but here goes.

- Bali has plenty of nice villas. For example google "elite havens bali".

- I hear great things about the Mövenpick Resort in Phuket.

There are also villas on Koh Samui, in Phuket, around Cebu. All places with direct and not too long flights from HK.
