I am looking for a seamstress/tailor in Central area that won't charge me an arm and a leg. I need someone to make some resort style basic cotton pants with elastic waist/pullover type shirts for my toddler out of light cotton material. I live in Mui Wo, so Central is easiest for me to get to. Thanks--any leads appreciated.

There might be someone at the Mui Wo market? In Cheung Chau wet market at least there are a couple of people sewing things (mainly old granny outfits) - very cheap. not the most beautiful work, but fine for kiddies, I should think.
