Is it legal to camp on the street? Overnight, as a protest?

We intend to use a small blue 2-person tent on the public pavement outside the Chinese Commissioners Office. Is there anything in the law that could stop us?

Many thanks,

obstruction of the public highway (or however they frame it in HK). Rest assured, there will definitely be a criminal law against it. So, if you fancy a dust-up with the local law, go ahead. But discretion might be the better part of valour here. If you are protesting about something, find another way.
