How to balance it all

Hoping for some advice.
I'm a working mum with 2 children. Work is pretty intense and sometimes requires travel and long hours

How do you balance it all ?
I have to fit in time for workouts as weight is getting to be an issue. Just can't seem to motivate self to fit it in.
Need to spend more quality time with the kids when I see them.
Need to spend more quality time with my husband when I can.
I seem to just spend time moping around when not at work due to being tired.

Also spending more Sundays hungover than I should be due to binge drinking on sat as so exciting to be not at work !

I'm more anxious now about things that happen at work. I also worry more about silly things to do with kids.

I see all these other mums who do everything and look amazing and seem to have the routine down. How can I achieve this ?
Are you super strict with your weekly agendas ? Carve out date nights etc ?

Any useful day to day tips would be greatly appreciated.
