We use 1579 and 1686 - prices not bad. Also, PCCW has a flat rate monthly to landlines only, and you can call for as long as you like. worth checking into.

While Zoippe is an option if you are at your computer, Zoippe does not have freestanding phones. With a Skype phone it's just like calling and receiving calls on an a traditional phone.
