Advice needed for apartment search

Hello, I will be moving to HK in July 08 (currently living in Shanghai). I wonder if there are any real estate agents that you can recommend to assist me in the search for an apt. I prefer to come down to HK for a few days to view as many apt. as possible in order to spend my days efficiently. Does anyone have any good experience that he/she is willing to share? Thank in advance!

I think you need to decide the area you want to live in before choosing agents. They are everywhere.


Some advice. All tenancy agreements can be changed. An unreasonable and inconvenient term in most agreements is the 1-2 weeks' wait for the refund of the 2 months' deposit - make sure you get your money back when you hand back the keys and not any time later. Agents are always on the landlord's side. PM me with more about yourself, your preferred areas and budget and I might be able to help. I'm not an agent.
