Does anyone know where I can get safety locks/hinges installed for white aluminium windows. We have a lot of them throughout the flat and want the kind that allows you to open up a 2-3" gap.

I've seen people use door security chains mounted high on the windows out of reach of children to restrict the opening...found at any of the hardware shops on Lockhart Road or around Langham Place in Mongkok

We have the door chains mounted high. The landlord's workmen simply drilled and screwed. If you feel the resulting opening is too wide, you can use a cable tie to "shorten" the chain.
