Hi, we are looking for kid friendly hotels, preferably sub 100USD.

Anything considered...Hanoi, Hoi an, Sapa, Nha Trang

Try the Hanoi Elegance or hanoi Elegance 2. Both are located in the old quarter. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are fairly plain, but were fine for us and our two kids.

BTW: We did a 2 day/one night junk trip on Halong Bay and the kids loved it. You can book trips like Halong Bay or Sapa through the Elegance Hotel website.
