I am making some hampers as gifts for Xmas. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get Cellophane/plastic gift wrapping rolls. I was told to try jasco or wan chai market but no luck there.

You could try stationery shops like Sam & Co; 38 Stanley St, Central or Yat Fat, 2/F, 44 Des Voeux Rd Central. But the best choice of large cellophane wrapping will be at Brighten, 1 Flower Market Rd, Mongkok. They have a large selection of papers, cellophanes and ribbons.
