my young sons teddy bear ( that he never been without) is starting to look very threadbare it is loosing its stuffing and eyes etc. Is there anywhere on the island side that can fix teddies quickly! ( and I have no replacement so it is urgent!.)

try calling the community advice bureau.
however, even though you might find someone who can "fix" your teddy bear, you should be extremely care of the parts. your baby could swallow a part...ie..eye and could choke.
it's extremely dangerous.
to be on the safe side, buy another teddy bear that is child/baby safe.
much better to be safe than sorry.
