I'm planning a day of war games (paint balling) and quad biking for my 9 and 7 year old sons, plus three of their friends up at the MX Club in Fanling. I've visited the club before and am confident that they provide good training and safety equipment. But ... of course, these are dangerous sports. I will make it clear to the parents what the children will be doing. Any other advice or does this all sound reasonable?

Get parents to sign the liability waiver before you take the kids. Angus from MX can fax the form. Also get the kids to take their ID cards/passports. You probably wont need it but ID card/passport and $100 is necessary for admission to the hospital.
Having said that - our kids have had a ball every time they go - except the one time we ended up at the hospital.
