My mum & 3 friends are coming to Hong Kong in July & are looking for a one-week package to
Hanoi + Halong Bay, can anyone recommend a travel agent that can offer a package for them?
1 more thing: they are not after a typical tour with stickers, caps, following a flag....
I tried to look into some websites but I could not find anything...

If you stay at the Hanoi Elegance or Elegance 2 in the Old Quarter, they will help you hire a car to see the sights of Hanoi. You can also book Halong Bay Junk Boat Trip, Perfume Pagoda and Sapa through them.
They are friendly and helpful. The accommodation is basic, but was clean and reasonably priced when we were there - included breakfast. Google them.
