Advice for condo-rental in North Point

Friends: I am to move soon from beach-hippy San Diego (USA) to HK... Sr Exec position traveling extensively throughout AP... my employer is to pick up all expenses for my condo-rental and I'm asking if any here has advice on a nice place nearby 625 Kings Road (North Point) on HK Island.


I am assuming price range to be somewhere around HK$5-6 k but may be higher if that's the advice I get here...


No wife/kids/pets... I'm on my own...

Yeah HK$5-6K a month is really not going to get you very far in Hong Kong or North Point for that matter, perhaps a tiny room in a small apartment. Definitely not a serviced place. You must be talking US$ right??

Sorry folks... sometimes my fingers just type out whatever they want... yes I did mean to say US Dollars 5-6 thou = around 50-60 thousand HK ...

Maybe the guy wants to live near where he works. North Point isn't that bad, I mean obviously there are nicer places to live in Hong Kong.
