I'm helping a freind seek a university place in HK. She is from overseas and will need a student visa. Anyone know of colleges and/or universities that offer this service for non-Chinese. BTW she is in her 20s and has achieved Band 6 on her IELTS test

All Hong Kong universities help with students visas. Your friend can just apply and the universities will help once she gets accepted.
