Does anyone know of a place I can buy cutters for cake decorating - cutters for making flowers eg. for wedding cakes? And yes, I have also put this in the food forum.

You could try looking at the catering places along Shanghai Street in Mong Kok. The is one stretch of road that has everything to do with all that. Otherwise if you want to pay you could try Pantry Magic on the Island. Maybe even Spotlight at Megabox may have something as well. But I usually begin my search in Shanghai Street, I generally find what I need there.
