I am looking for a career or job coach that can help advise and discuss my relationship to my job, possibilities, career pitfalls/potentials etc...


Can anyone recommend this to me? I know they are common in the West.

yes, there are companies here specialising in 'life/career coaching'. The company I work for as well as some of the other big ones use them. If you are still interested I can PM you.
