Hi, we have a 2.5 year old and a one year old and are going to Macau this weekend. Would like to hear from other parents of child friendly places to eat and stuff that you did while there that the kids enjoyed.
We're staying at the Venetian so will do the gondola ride and hopefully catch the street entertainers.
Other suggestions/ advice welcomed . . .
Thanks!

The Venetian has a great swimming pool also about 10 mins in a cab from the Venetian is the very popular Fernandos restaurant serving traditional Portugese Food. It has a massive garden and a few animals you can look at! You cannot book to eat there but is very big and the longest we have waited for a table is 15 mins. Remember Mozzie spray though! Hope you have a great time and we may well see you as we are taking Dad to Fernandos on Sunday for Fathers day!

They have a food court, a Mortons and a buffet place called Bamboo or something like that. Have seen kids in there!

Fishermen's wharf - totally hideous of course, but kids would love to run around all those different "parts of the world" bits? Lots of cafes etc around there - a couple of rides as well - easy can kill a couple hours there.

hi everyone, thanks for all your replies! the weather promises to be rainy so staying in at the Venetian and not venturing out might be something we'll have to do! Good to know the kids won't get bored!

you certainly won't get bored. We just got back from a Wed-Fri trip & our 16mth old thorougly enjoyed strolling through the canal shoppes, gondola ride and our own suite. Agree that the "Monkeys" place is an easy going place for kids! Enjoy!
