Hi does anyone know where I could buy cheap silk flowers to decorate a room for a child's party.

I've checked at IKEA - their stems are $20 to $60 per stem - which works out to about $750 to $800 for the amount I want. Does anyone know the costs at the flower market (or other market - Wan Chai is closest to me).

you might want to try Flower Market Road in Mongkok but in particular Ban Fan Indoor Plant Co. tel. 2395-4345. Other idea if too expensive is to make them out of crepe or tissue paper if you just want them for a party. Hope this helps. The Community Advice Bureau (CAB)
