It can be quite expensive depending on how high you want your fence, the amount of spacing bewteen each piece of wood but mostly, cost will depend on the the type of wood you use.
I've seen a good few companies who make fences but if you are near Sai Kung, you could try East Union Engineering (I think that's the name) on Hirams Highway opposite the Esso petrol station, they do a lot of timber work. If you want the contact number, let me know and I'll dig it out for you later...they should be able to give you a quote but I'm sure they'll work in most locations.
