You might want to try Remar Association tel.3193-499 who will collect but ask for a donation to cover toll, manpower and fuel costs. They provide training for recovering addicts. The Hong Chi Pinehill Training Centre at 2664-3620 will also collect and they use this to provide skill training for mentally handicapped youth. Hope this helps. The Community Advice Bureau (CAB)
